Week Preview for 4/29/24

🔷 Memorial Day “Murph” is coming up on Monday, May 27th! After doing “Half Cindy” this past week to begin a little last minute prep we’ve gotten some questions for Murph. We’ll be doing the workout that Monday morning with plenty of ways to adjust the workout to meet your needs. As we move into May, you’ll see more opportunities to prep for and see which variation may be appropriate for you currently.

-Monday-
Strength: Back Squat
Workout: Strict Pull Up, Rowing, and Ab Mat Situp

-Tuesday-
Strength: Pause Push Jerk + Pause Split Jerk + Split Jerk for a technique session
Workout: partitioning Double Unders and Push Ups with a Run buy-in and buy-out

-Wednesday-
Strength: Clean & Jerk
Workout: Clean & Jerk and Wall Ball

-Thursday-
Workout: longer one with Rowing, Weighted Lunge, Suitcase Carry, and Alternating V-Up

-Friday-
Strength: Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat to prep for workout
Benchmark Workout: “Nancy” has Runs and Overhead Squats

-Saturday-
Strength: Bench Press
Workout: C2B Pull Up, Pull Up, Box Jump Over, and Up-Down
