Classes

BR60

Functional Fitness in a group setting for fun and a little push from peers. This mixes many modalities including Weightlifting (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.), Gymnastics (bodyweight movements..pull ups, push ups, sit ups, burpees, etc.), and Monostructural (aka Cardio movements including Rowing, Running, Jump Rope) to build a well-balanced program to get you fit and healthy for the long term.
