Programming
-Monday-
We’ve got a challenging Snatch loading in the workout along with Deadlifts and Air Squats for a mainly lower body intensive workout. Strength work is practicing the snatch before taking it on in the workout.
-Tuesday-
Gymnastics EMOM with Strict Upper Body Pulling and Pushing for strength work. Conditioning is higher volume light Hang Power Cleans and Push Presses with 200m Runs. Good prep for taking on the API test soon!
-Wednesday-
Heavy Front Squats for strength work. Check your current Level in the LM app and go for a new level if able! Going Tabata for conditioning work with Lunges, Burpees, and Ab Mat Situps.
-Thursday-
Longer workout to break up the week going for 800m Runs, Wall Balls, and Toes-to-Bar.
-Friday-
Quick Deadlift session before a fun workout on an ascending ladder of Heavy Power Cleans and Double Unders. Get as far as able on this AMRAP.
-Saturday-
Partner workout going through rounds of Box Jump Overs, Single-Arm Dumbbell Push Press, and Single-Arm Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans.
