Week Preview for 4/15/24

🔷 We are now BR ACTIVE! This rebrand has been a very long time coming and we’ve finally pulled the trigger. We’re exciting to start this new chapter with you all and will have more info about the change coming this week. We are still also a CrossFit Affiliate to those wondering. This just opens more doors for the clients we are looking to serve and protects us as no one knows exactly what can or could happen to CFHQ.

🔷 Programming: on days that need multiple variations of the workout or strength time, you will see Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 as needed.

Programming

-Monday-
Strength: Power Clean + Hang Clean + Clean
Workout: Hang Squat Clean and Strict Handstand Push Ups on a multiple AMRAP format

-Tuesday-
Workout: Rowing, DB Front Rack Lunge, and Knees-to-Elbow
Accessory: Single-Leg KB Deadlift and Single-Arm KB/DB High Pull

-Wednesday-
Strength: Pause Push Press + 2 Push Press
Workout: Interval work of Jump Rope, Russian KB Swings, and Burpees

-Thursday-
Strength: Overhead or Front Squat
Workout: Intervals of Runs and OHS or FS

-Friday-
Workout: Two-Part AMRAP with Bar Muscle Ups (then Pull Ups), Box Jump Overs, and AbMat Situps
Accessory: Push Up cash out

-Saturday-
Strength: Snatch
Workout: Wall Ball, Rope Climb, and short Runs
