-Programming-
Monday: Shoulder Press strength work followed by a gymnastics triplet of Strict Handstand Push Ups, Toes-to-Bar, and Burpees.
Tuesday: Lots of Snatch work starting with skill/strength time then a conditioning workout of Snatches and short Runs.
Wednesday: Hitting a few sets of Front Squat then Interval work of Rowing and light Thrusters.
Thursday: Pull Ups, Box Jump Overs, Farmer Carries, and Bar Muscle Ups.
Friday: Conditioning work with Russian KB Swings and Running then a core work finisher.
Saturday: Two-part AMRAP with Power Cleans and Push Ups then Air Squats, and Burpees.
