🔷 Same as last week, get some intensity on Monday & Tuesday then start to taper down on things that will leave you sore later in the week. 23.2 is announced at 2pm on Thursday for our Friday workout.

Programming
-Monday-
Practicing the Clean & Jerk for strength time followed by a quick and light barbell MetCon of Hang Power Cleans, Thrusters, and 200m Runs.
-Tuesday-
Deadlift day for strength time. Get heavy but don’t go too crazy. MetCon is a triplet of Pull Ups, Push Ups, and Dumbbell Snatches.
-Wednesday-
Conditioning workout is Russian Kettlebell Swings and Burpee Box Jump Overs. Lower volume but big movements that’ll keep you breathing heavy. Core cash out with Hollow Rocks and V-Ups to finish off the day.
-Thursday-
Working the Shoulder Press with 5’s for strength time. Quick and simple couplet of 400m Runs and Wall Balls will keep you moving and breathing to get a good workout but be fresh for tomorrow.
-Friday-
Open WOD 23.2 will be announced on Thursday at 2pm via the CrossFit Games.
