Programming
-Monday-
Deadlift session building in load. Not “trying” to see PRs on this today but okay if it happens and you aren’t over-doing it. Be smart so you can keep training through the week. Great conditioning triplet of Double Unders, Power Cleans, and Lateral Burpees to kick things off with a solid sweat.
-Tuesday-
Working on single leg strength with Split Squats along with Hollow Rocks for core. Conditioning is a longer interval workout with Cal Rowing, Strict Handstand Push Ups, and Box Jump Overs.
-Wednesday-
Pulling some heavy Hang Power Cleans so come in ready! Fun couplet with Single-Arm Russian Kettlebell Swings and Single-Arm Dumbbell Push Press to mix things up on your conditioning work.
-Thursday-
Practicing the Overhead Squat for strength work then a Murph Prep looking workout with 200m Runs and rounds of Strict Cindy (Pull Up, Push Up, Air Squat).
-Friday-
Push Jerk triples for strength work then a triplet of Dumbbell Snatches, Weighted Ab Mat Situps, and Weighted Box Step Ups. You’ll have choice of how you want to load your situps and step ups!
-Saturday-
Really fun barbell + gymnastics chipper as you split reps on this partner workout. Grab a spot now! Movements are Squat Cleans, Toes-to-Bar, Push Press, Box Jump, Clean & Jerk, and Pull Ups.
