Programming
-Monday-
Tempo Front Squat for strength work. Drill in good positions! Spicy little couplet of Wall Balls and Double Unders to kick start your week.
-Tuesday-
Working Power Clean triples for strength time. MetCon has Toes-to-Bar, heavier Power Cleans, and 200m Runs that will keep you moving.
-Wednesday-
Hitting the Push Press for strength time then we have a quicker couplet of Hang Power Snatches and Bar-Facing Burpees.
-Thursday-
No Class. Go hit the Turkey Trot 5k in Downtown Baton Rouge or get in a little run or light workout at home before enjoying the day. Happy Thanksgiving!
-Friday-
9am Class only. Quick Deadlift session before an AMRAP of Pull Ups, Dumbbell Snatches, and DB Goblet lunges. Come work off that turkey and wine!
-Saturday-
Partner WOD (or solo) alternating full rounds of light Power Cleans, Push Ups, and Air Squats. Longer one but a nice rest to keep it up through the holiday weekend.
