🔷 Accountability! One of the reasons we ask you all to sign in for all of your classes on Sunday is to keep yourself accountable. You’re much more likely to show up if you’ve made the appointment and added it to your calendar. If you need help with more accountability, let us know and we can chat about it!
🔷 Program Note: in a group program, everyone will not always be on the same page with the amount of intensity they need that day. We understand that and build the workouts where you can adjust loads, reps, progressions, etc. to get the right amount of work for you on that day. The workouts are available in the BTWB app at 5pm the previous day so that you can review them as well as any coaches notes to be prepared for the class. Doing so helps us run a smoother class for everyone and helps you do the correct variation of the workout.
