🔷 Coach & Client Relationship: if you have questions during class, ask! As a coach, it can be hard to read everyone. Sometimes we keep giving cues/tips and clients just want to be left alone while others take the feedback well, seem interested and want to improve. We get it, not everyone wants to be an expert lifter or fitness-er and just wants to grab a workout. Our goal there is to keep you safe and let you get a sweat. So, let us know if you want more or less if we aren’t meeting you where you want.
