Workout: 2 AMRAPs -> Strict Pull Up + Wall Ball then Push Up + Wall Ball

-Tuesday-
Strength: Shoulder Press
Workout: Cal Row, Single Arm DB Push Press, V-Up

-Wednesday-
Strength: Power Clean
Workout: Runs and max rep Power Clean (can go heavy or light)

-Thursday-
Strength 1: Back Squat, DB Bench Press
Strength 2: Weighted Step Up, Weighted Strict Pull Up
Finisher: Heavy Unbroken RKBS & Hollow Rocks

-Friday-
Strength: Push Jerk
Workout: Box Jump Over, Run, DB Snatch

-Saturday-
Strength: Hang Clean
Workout: pyramid of Row, Toes-to-Bar, and DB Front Rack Walking Lunge
