Week Preview for 1/20/25

🔷 Winter is Coming! We’re about to have extremely cold mornings and days. We’ll open as much as possible and as needed so please do not sign in if you’re going to change your mind due to the weather. Planning a normal Monday, closed Tuesday as of now. Looks like Wednesday morning is going to be 15-16 degrees so it’s likely the roads will still be iced and also not a bad rest day morning. Waiting to see what happens Tuesday to make a confirmation of Wednesday hours.

🔷 There will be days this week where we’ll hit a quick workout first to get better warmed up then do the strength work afterwards. With the weather, looking to keep things simple while still getting a good workout!
